Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your candle must be unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, once a candle has been lit, it cannot be refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange

We may request photos of the item to process your request efficiently.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a candle that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective items.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
Exchanges

Exchanges for the same product are allowed if the item is unused and in original condition. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Shipping Returns
